Can someone tell me why folks are so eager to sling a fellow brother or sister into the pit?

Has condemnation become human nature or are Christians just on a superhuman mission to rid life of all sin?  Don't get me wrong now "Holiness" is the mission, but do we in-turn dehumanize our bothers and sisters by making them feel less than annointed, less than gifted, less than loved in the event of a mistake or just plain screw-up.

Bothers and sisters I encourage you to love the HELL out of someone today.  Show them the errors of their ways but remind them that "perfect love casteth out all fear"  I would hate to attend another funeral for someone who took their life because they thought it was beyond repair.  Have you ever fallen short?

Hollah at ya big girl!

I agree Dezzie...the crazy thing is we don't realize that we're killing our own selves, b/c we are the 'body of christ', just like we (black people) do all the time thats killing our neighborhoods and communities also, and its causing the Kingdom to be weak, full of Pharisees, not Kingdom Builders.  The problem is we've forgotten where we from and where we still need to go, which gives us no room at all to say nothing 'bout another but a prayer.

I Dare to Dream Big!

Thank you for those words. That is what my ministry is all about loving the hell out of people. The church sometimes can be so far away from what God truly has called us to do. To live holy we must be holy and what example of holiness do we have, Jesus Christ. Who loved the hell out of those thieves and robbers that he ate with in the book of Matthew. Saying why would a physician be with the well when there are sick among him. Also where he tells us to love those who despitefully use us. To go the extra mile. That is why the man on the cross next to Jesus went with him to Paradise because of the love that Jesus showed for him through his suffering. He was made new. This is our sole purpose for those of us who have already answered the call to bring others in. It is not for us to just sit around each other all day long and talk about those who are on the outside but to go and bring them in through love. well I have said alot so I will stop. God bless you sister!

Mrs. Chosen

God uses my mouth to minister but a few mounths back i cussed at my husband with the harshest (new word) cuss word and I had to shar it  (didn't like it) but it made someone feel more accepted by God. To let them know that even I the gospel rapper that spits for Jesus screwed up big time made them see God forgiving them as well and loving them the same. I'm in the process of writing the book of my life and the book will be so dirty that the world will believe it's secular!!! Pray for me as I let it all out!

I EXPECT A MIRACLE

I agree with you totally, i think that it is that some christians are sooooooo much in their own mess that it makes them feel hollier if they can point out others faults. WE have a hard time adjusting to the one sin is not greater than another.

Yes it is so unfortunate that some "SAVED FOLK" tend to judge out  being so self righteous and just plain *stuck up There so busy being busy bodies  they miss the mark and it appears as if the agenda of soul winning and truly representing Christ is just a fad in the eyes of some.....I thought try n to keep up with the world was hard {cliche'} Even being saved is harder then ever, especially when you know that you know what God has called you to and you got so called people of a God acting  like the world...WHO CAN YOU RUN TO??...I glad I know God for my self... "No punt intended"

*To holy to relate to everyday people and the ones who define there christianty by there accomplishment..(My opinion)

Dave the Bass (is looking for a new band)

What you are describing is what Lennon meant when he said:- "Christianity will go. It will vanish and shrink. I needn't argue with that; I'm right and I will be proved right. We're more popular than Jesus now; I don't know which will go first - rock 'n' roll or Christianity. Jesus was all right but his disciples were thick and ordinary. It's them twisting it that ruins it for me." He wanted peace but there's alway some religious group that wants to control every one else. There's no point getting worked up about the holier-than-thou freeks though. Live you own good life. Take care of the next guy. may your god be with you.
