Current mood:  hopeful
would be a description of me by others. I've been told I play drums like John Bonham, sound like David Bowie and look like Beck (which is my opinion, the better looking of the 2 people I've been told I resemble). Oh, oh- I once fashioned the shaved head look and been told I look like Moby as well.

As most of you may or may not know, I have a band with my bother Joe (I won't describe him- come see us and decide for yourself) and we're called clueLess. Here is my description of us (for your own, do what I suggested in the previous sentence), we're Indie Rock (that seems to be the current name for what we do), we're fans of the last 40 years of British Pop (Beatles to Radiohead) and we mix it with Latin, Celtic, middle-eastern and jazz rhythms).

While we originally started as an acoustic act I got tired of playing a djembe and now I'm on the drum kit, Joe's on electric guitar and we split the signal to a bass amp (but we're open to adding another member to do the low end, either bass or keys). In our live show we have a Penn and Teller repartee going; Joe being Teller (I think he's the quiet one) and me, Penn (except I'm small, thin and don't do magic). Either we're geniuses or clueless to think that we can get away with combining that which we love but you decide (once again, do what I suggested in the last paragraph). Oh, and what I mean by "get away with" I mean make money, but we're going to do it either way.

To bands and fans; if you're out to see a particular act, come early, stay to the end (if you can) support those who are .. and after you (or who you're there to see). Ignite your curiosity, check everything out before you decide to ignore, this industry is tough but if we did just this little thing it could be a little easier and you may discover something you like.
