** Hello all, back from my trip and much to everyones delight I kept a diary whilst in South America, thought I might share a little with you

Internet cafe email
Hola not much to tell at the moment, well theres heaps actually but I have no time. Im in South America and loving it! I started my journey in Santiago, traveling across to Buenos Aires (amazing city) up the center to Iguazzu falls (mind blowing) and am now currently in Rio, anyway its a great day, great people and I'm getting off this fu*..ing computer
Friday - January 13th

Tonight we (myself & two London mates) go out with a girl whom we met on www.couchsurfing.com Paula, She and her friends (all very tidy) take us to a bar that is apparently one of the oldest in Buenos Aires(BA). It is here we witness a great set of music by an (argy) argintinian guy, playing mean accoustic guitar. We teach the argy`s how to play 'All Hands on Cans', they love it! Later we are invited up to the stage to sing a cover of 'Under the Bridge' by the Chilli peppers, naturally we kick arse! Come the end of the night we are all trying to Tango, I, Apperently, have two left feet.

Thursday - January 26th

We go out to a crazy night club in BA called 'Club 69' there is a huge line out the front but we manage to blag our way in, telling the door girl were from Australia, god bless the mother country. The club is a spin out, amazing, it has a very Andy Warhole 'Factory' type feel, beautiful women everywhere, stage dancers and drag queens walking through the crowd on stilts, we all pull, fucking brilliant night.

Friday - January 28th

Hangover 'The muss hiki'. It's becoming more apparent to all of us we need to stop and smell the roses. Today is spent watching argintine TV and listening to 'Kabul FM (Radio)' this is quite possibly the best radio program on the face of the planet! it has the lot, who would of thought you can listen to ACDC and Johnny cash on an argintine radio station. Lunch is spent at a 'parilla' steak house, growing up in OZ and on a cattle farm I'm a huge lover of the good old aussie steak, but honestly, argy parilla blows our steaks of the scale, for 10 pesos, or $5 we get a mouth watering, melt in your mouth, tastebud orgasm! All I can think about is ringing my family and saying "Get your arse over here you have no idea what your missing"
