If there was one thing I learned today, it was that taking pictures with a swollen eye was not easy to say the least. I'd aquired my bug bite while camping up in Forster last week. I'm already long sighted so using a camera is quite difficult for me, but I just had to adapt myself.
The gig itself was also challenging in its own merit, the lights were quite difficult, especially for Franz Ferdinand. The light was patchy, one second the stage was complete white light, the next second it would be pure darkness and that would be repeated for the entire time I was shooting.
