so, i was asked to dj this party on new years eve. i was told "we are turning bearsville theater into studio 54 for one night. it's gonna be you (dj lady verse aka valen), carlos anthony molina and sameer, and some live performaces too." sounded cool, but i had to do my homework. so i've been digging some through some music history that i have been ignoring for far to long... i can't fucking wait for this party! plus i get to spin a hip-hop set after midnight and valen may make an appearance... see you on the floor!
