Seriously, I want you people who think drugs should be illegal to prove to me WHY they should be. Tell me, think it out nice and hard and back your argument with some FACTS!

The drug war is an EPIC FAIL. As a former 14 year old-20 year old drug addict, I was able to score every drug under the sun. However, because it was illegal, I had to go to shady places in order to score it...leading to me being brutally raped. Would I have been brutally raped at a controlled pharmacy providing me with clean drugs? NO! Would I have almost died from what I was TOLD was acid, but ended up giving me seizures on a crack house floor? Nope, cause I would have been given something regulated and clean from the pharmacy.

Would gangbangers and drug cartels have anything to wheel and deal and kill over? NO!

Do YOU really have the right to force your will onto others? Why should you, or anyone else for that matter, dictate to another human being what they can or cannot do to their own bodies?

You REALLY think MORE people will do drugs if they are legal? Probably LESS, seeing how it has been PROVEN that people tend to want to do things MORE when they are told they cant!

Wouldn't it be nice to drive through the ghetto and not see ONE crack dealer, cause they would be put out of business??

Do you REALLY think that keeping drugs illegal is WORKING? is it STOPPING people from using? NO! It's a waste of our tax dollars, is what it is!

The Drug War is a waste of time and tax dollars. Addicts should be able to find SAFE drugs to use, drugs that are not cut with dangerous things by dealers looking to make an extra dime. It should be regulated and distributed to those who want it. Sam rules for alcohol should apply...no public intoxication, no operating cars or machinery while fucked up, etc.

In a world full of pill popping drunk hypocrites, your arguments against drugs is borderline LAUGHABLE.

Why didn't I mention pot? Cause to me, it is laughable to list it anywhere NEAR heroin or crack. it kills LESS people than ASPRIN...that would be 0 deaths in its h
istory

I totally agree 100%!!! My roommate was just arrested last night for having a joint at a theme park. Whats sickening about the whole thing is it was clearly a case of discrimination at its finest. Supposedly the cops were told there was a group of hispanic males smoking marijuana in the parking lot. My roommate is JAMAICAN not hispanic. He had a single unlit joint in his cigarette pack, as well as his caucasian best friend who was with him at the time. He was then wrongfully searched and booked, whereas his friend was let go. All over a FUCKING unlit joint!!! What the hell is this country's justice system coming to, anyways? The whole thing makes me sick and I'm hoping he'll file a lawsuit and make noise about the matter. They also listed him as hispanic in the paperwork, again, he is JAMAICAN aka DARK.

Hi Adrianne!

How have you been?
I was trying to get in touch with your publicist Phil Viardo but couldn't get a hold of him so I will try again on Monday. There's a charity poker tournament on Nov 5th in Texas where we would like You and Your husband Christopher to take part of. Its a paying gig, with flight and accommodation provided.
Hopefully you are available to do this.
Let me know where I could send more information about this or if we could contact you over the phone!

Sincerely,
Carola

PS We met on the red carpet at the Playboy Mansion (MPP's event)

I don't know if you have ever had someone you TRUELY love so addicted that they have killed themselves on a drug overdose or nearly killed themselves on one.  It is one thing to be an addict....it makes you so selfish that you don't care about anyone or anything but the drug itself...but to watch someone you love slowly killing themselves is an absolute NIGHTMARE.  What about all the studies that have been done on long term drug addicts that have been proven to change the chemical balances in the brain.  So whether the drugs are legal or not...the addict is going to use.  If you knew someone you love dearly....like your husband...was going to commit suicide, would you try to help him.  If you saw him day after day struggling with the addiction would you want to help him?  If he was so addicted that he was staying up for days straight and couldn't even go to work anymore because of the addiction....Would you watch him slowly die before your eyes? Laying awake at night wondering if he is going to come home safely from his father's house or friends house safely...or die from an overdose at their HOME and they be too fucked up themselves to notice if he's dead or not. I believe the answer is "No".  You claim to let someone die if they want to destroy themselves by drugs, but would you allow your husband or anyone else to die before your eyes? No..I think not.  True, I'm sure your husband is smart enough not to get addicted so you don't have to go through that nightmare.  But let me tell you...I HAVE with my husband.  I am 33 years old and have been married to my husband now for 9 years.  We have been together since we were 15 years old and I have watched him go from occasional pot use to heavy...then it doesn't stop there...it goes on to acid, cocaine, heroin, meth and everything else in between.  My husband has been clean now for 4 years and is a wonderful husband and father, but it took near death and an arrest to do it.  My husband was introduced to pot by his dad.  His mother commited suicide when he was 3 months old.  She was a drug addict as well as his dad.  She went out into a field...poured gasoline on herself....and lit herself on fire.  So his "father" was all he ever new.  So what ever drug his father did....he shared with my husband.  Taught him how to shoot up and everything.  So when I met him, he just smoked pot but as the years went by he got into other stuff.  It wasn't until I was 19 and pregnant that I realized there might be a problem. But I was in love and wanted or thought I could save him. All I had ever done was smoke pot occasionally and drink beer.  So I didn't understand addiction then and it wasn't something he did all the time. Especially since I didn't approve and would not allow it in our home and around our child.  But as the years went by he could not control it as much as he thought he could or even wanted to. And it was a living hell for both of us. He was in constant battle with it.  He wanted to be a good father and was able to hide it and keep a job for a few years.  But it progressed so bad he couldn't "handle" it anymore.  And it was NEVER hard for him to get...his FATHER was his fucking drug dealer and then my husband would sell it for him and get to do it for FREE most of the time.  I've watched him and his father lie to get money so others could pay for THEIR habit.

I've also had to watch my brother suffer from drug addiction which resulted in him holding hostage with a shotgun my mom, dad, 2 older sisters, and my 5 year old daughter in our home.  I was at work at the time when I recieved a phone call from one of my sisters.  My brother had been staying with us during the winter because he couldn't afford to pay his electric (couldn't keep a job because of his addiction).  He had broken the padlock off a room in the garage where my dad kept a couple of shotguns...he thought he had cut the main phone line in the house...he wasn't aware that my sister had dialed my work #.  I could hear him SCREAMING demanding money from everyone and my mom's car keys or he was going to KILL everyone!  I COULD ALSO HEAR MY 5 YR OLD DAUGHTER CRYING IN THE BACKGROUND! I found out later that when he came to our home to stay due to a huge snow and ice storm he had "enough" durgs for a day or so but he had been stranded several days because we couldn't get out due to of all the snow. So he was DESPERATE. Needless to say I kept them on the line and called 911 from another line at work.  By the time he got the keys and the money and went outside to clean the snow off the car to take it...the cops were waiting for him.  Thank God it turned out allright. Even if they make all that shit legal it wouldn't matter. Do you think my brother was worried if doing it was legal or not?  Major drug addicts can't keep jobs to pay for their habits(unless of course they are rock stars, actors, models, and politicians) so they will continue to rob, steal, and murder for their drugs.  They would just rob and murder the pharmacist to get it.  Just like they do now for Oxycontin and other prescription drugs.  So those fucking "studies" are bullshit when it comes to a drug addict.  It doesn't have anything to do with someone telling them if they can do drugs or not.  The people I know who are drug addicts could careless if someone says they can or can not.  Of course they would be happy if they aren't at risk for going to jail.  What if we made murder legal?  Do you think the serial killer would want to murder less because it is legal? Absolutely not. To me and my family that I love so dearly....the war on drugs is the one thing I am willing to pay my tax dollars to out of all the other unnecessary shit they use it for!

your story is sad but you could have replaced every drug reference with the word vodka, and it still could be a true story. alcohol can be just as damaging as drugs in any situation, and yet it is legal. its not the drug that is bad it is the addiction to it that damages, just as it does with alcohol, food, sex, gambling, or any other addiction you could think of. legalizing drugs would bring billions in revenue to our country in a time during which it is sorely needed. even if only marijuana is legalized, several industries will get a much needed boost, including farming, trucking, and snacksales! haha
addiction to anything is an awful thing to live through...not every person has the proper brain chemistry or temperment to kick addiction. it is something that is hidden and covered up. legalizing drugs will get it out in the open and free up funds for recovery programs, which are currently overcrowded and underfunded.

Exactly. People do kill themselves on everything...my point was would you watch someone you love die or try to help them?  I guess then that you believe that your friends wouldn't have made the same choices if drugs were legal...no one will ever know.  If my "book" is "dick"....which is my heart felt experience with drug abuse and belief that drugs WILL stay ILLEGAL...THANK GOD...then your "theory" on why they should be legal is shit as well.  You asked for our opionion and I was just letting you see into my experience. Fact One...people will still continue to do drugs NO MATTER WHAT. Two...just like prescription drugs like Oxy, etc....they are still being sold illegally and Pharmacys are being robbed by people who want them.  The real "study" is proven everyday by the drug addicts who rob and kill for their drug of choice.  But we are all entitled to our opinion....that's one of the great things about America-freedom of speech.

Also, I know people who get Oxycontin and other prescription drugs legally through a doctor and they then go and sell those pills to people who DON'T have a medical use for them.  (such as my brother) So the cycle continues no matter what....

Um hell no drugs should not be legal. It kills your body, your mind. You want facts  to back this, my aunt who has been a drug user for over 20 yrs is a complete nut she has fried her brain cells and caused my cousin her son to be born with Hydrocephalus (water on the brain), she physically and mentally abused my grandpa while he was on his death bed with cancer. My mother-in-law died from heroin, need I go on cause I have a lot more. And no I don't think that its a waste of money trying to help people get off of drugs. Parents need to be better educated on the warning signs of drug use. Sorry weather durgs like that are legal or not a crack head is still a crack head who will still bend you over and fuck you in the ass to get what he/she wants.

I AM RESPONDING TO YOUR COMMENT NOT TO BE ARGUMENTATIVE BUT RATIONAL
ABORTION IS LEAGAL YES AND THERE ARE GIRLS - WOMAN WHO GET THEM JUST CAUSE THEY DONT WANT KIDS HOWEVER THERE ARE THOSE WHO HAVE REALLY NO CHOICE BUT TO GET ONE BECAUSE OF RISK FACTORS WITH THE BABY PREGANANCY ETC....EXAMPLE MY FATHERS COUSIN WAS A CARRIER OF A RARE DISESE THAT WOULD END UP EVENTUALLY KILLING HER BABY IF IT WAS A BOY IT COULD ONLY BE PASSED TO MALES SO SHE COULD ONLY HAVE GIRLS IM NOT 100% FOR ABORTION BUT IM NOT 100% AGAINST IT EITHER
AS FAR AS DRUGS BEING LEGAL IT ISNT THE FACT OF TELLING YOU WHAT YOU CAN AND CANNOT DO WITH YOUR BODY OR TO YOUR BODY BUT IT IS THE FACT THAT ALCHOHOL ALONE KILLS THOUSANDS EVERY YEAR BY SOME DUMB ASS DRUNK DRIVER GETTING BEHIND A WHEEL OF A CAR DO YOU NOT THINK THAT SOMEONE ON DRUGS WOULDNT DO THE SAME THE CRIME RATE AND DEATHS RELATED TO DRUGS WOULD GO UP TREMENDOUSLY KILLING AND ENDANGERING INNOCENT PEOPLE LETS FACE IT NOT ALL DRUGGIES OR ALCHOHOLICS ARE RESPONSIBLE ONES
WHEN PEOPLE ARE HIGH OR DRUNK THEY ARE BULLET PROOF ATLEAST THEY THINK THEY ARE BUT THEY DONT ALWAYS THINK OF THE CONSEQUENSES IT WILL HAVE IF THEY GET BEHIND A WHEEL OF A CAR GET INTO A FIGHT AND KILLING SOMEONE OVER SOME STUPID SHIT ALL BECAUSE THEY WERE UNDER THE INFLUENCE
SO WHEN YOU SAY " WHOS TO TELL YOU WHAT YOU CAN DO TO YOUR BODY"  MAKES ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE BECAUSE YOU CANT GUARANTEE IF YOU DID A HIT OF ACID ,SHOT OF HEROIN, SMOKED A JOINT, OR SOME CRACK OR WHAT EVER DRUGS YOU DECIDED TO DO THAT YOU WOULD 100% NOT PUT ANYONE ELSES LIFE IN DANGER HELL YOU COULDNT EVEN LOOK OUT FOR THE SAFETY OF YOURSELF LET ALONE MAKING RESPONSIBLE DECISIONS...
LIKE WHITNEY SAID CRACK IS WHACK AND THEY NEED TO KEEP IT ALL ILLEGAL  WITH THE EXCEPTION OF MEDICAL MARIJUANA I DO BELIEVE THAT IS SOMETHING THAT CAN BE BENEFICIAL TO PAIN PATIENTS , CHEMICAL IMBALANCES OF THE BRAIN ETC.... BUT DRUGS TO GET HIGH SHOULD NEVER BE LEGALIZED THATS JUST MY OPINION  FROM SEEING IT AND KNOWING FIRST HAND HOW ONE IS ON ILLEGAL DRUGS

Like I said below people wanna fuck up there own life they can go right ahead and do it. It becomes a problem when drug users start fucking up other peoples lives. I had no say so as to what was going on in my life when I was 16 my drug addicted dad made them for me. My cousin did not decide to be born with a mental handicap, his mom decided that fate for him when she decided to do drugs while she was pregnant.
And I don't recall ever saying abortions should be legal.

You never said that you think that abortion should be legal?  I suppose that you think that we should regress prior to 1973 when abortions were ILLEGAL?!?  I have no right to tell you what to believe in.  However, if abortion were illegal, thousands of women would have to revert to back-alley procedures or attempting to terminate their unwanted pregnancies via coat hangers, for example.  Regardless of what you think is "right," taking away a woman's right to a safe, LEGAL abortion would be so destructive and deadly!  I am assuming that you are against abortion because you feel that it is "murder."  The death toll would triple if women were forced to resort to illegal abortions.  What sense would that make?  If you haven't seen it, I suggest that you watch the film, "If These Walls Could Talk."  It is a fantastic film and it explores the subject of abortion in a very unbiased, informative and heart-breaking way.

Casi, I did not say that to mean that I  think that abortions should be illegal I was simply trying to say I never said any thing about abortions so why even bring it up.
Now do I think that abortion is murder, when a woman is using for birth control YES I DO. Do I think that a woman who is so far into her pregnancy that the baby would survive outside of the womb should be able to get an abortion NO I DON'T.

Good point...do the innocent babies in their mother's womb have a choice when the stupid bitch mother continues to do drugs while pregnant? Of course not! They have to be born addicted and have mental and physical scars because their "mothers" forced them to do drugs in the womb! THEY DON'T HAVE A CHOICE! So make it legal for the stupid bitches and it becomes much easier...that's real stupidity.

NO! It's a STUPID INHUMAN thing to do! Yes, they ARE stupid for doing drugs while pregnant, but instead of being called names, perhaps they need somebody to talk to and help them with their addiction? Perhaps it was nothing but negativity from the world that got them so hooked in the first place and they're so far gone not only do they not find a way to love themselves enough, but their baby as well.

You're right about them not loving themselves or their babies enough....that's what drug addiction does to people. The drug IS their love.  But people know right from wrong. Just because someone's had a rough life isn't an excuse.  There are murderers, child molesters, child abusers that have been abused or were unloved as a child and use that same excuse to justify their horrendous actions.  My niece did drugs while pregnant with her third child...(she quit during the first 2 pregnancies but started back up in between)...she was so addicted by the 3rd that she just didn't give a damn about anything but the drug. She has been clean now for 3 years, but she will be the first to tell you that she just didn't give a shit! All that mattered was getting high.  I think it is terrible that some women don't have someone to love them and help them, but it is not enough to justify abusing a child while in the womb or outside.  There are many resources out there to help them. And my statement above is regarding whether drugs should be legal, not about justification for a mother doing drugs while pregnant.  It has been stated over and over on this blog that people shouldn't be told what to do with their bodies, that they should have a choice.  The children being born with drug addictions and medical disabilities weren't given a choice. The people being robbed or murdered by drug addicts to get money for their addiction aren't given a choice. Whether they are legal or not, people will continue to buy them illegally.  There will always be people on the streets selling legal and illegal drugs.  My orginal (long) statement was about my personal war with drug addiction.  I have watched and tried to help more than one person in my life with their addiction.  It is one dark path that I wouldnt wish upon anyone. I'm just stating my PERSONAL reasons why I don't think drugs should be legal.  That's what the blog is asking.  The addict is not the only one that may be harmed physically by their addiction.

Tiffany are you crazy? Lowering the age limit to 18 or 17 will cause more accidents on the roads and kill more people. Can you honestly tell me a 17 or 18 year old, who would be legal if lowered, would not get into a car and drive?Personally I think it should be raised. They will never lower it.  No matter the talk or the media talking about it, it will never happen. As for drugs being legalized? No I do not believe it should be. Again, more people die from that crap, more innocent people than guilty. Sorry but I stand on this and nothing can change my mind.

Like your blogs though, even though I disgree on some, I still respect everyone's opinions on todays matters.

Yes I really do believe the legal age of alcohol should be lowered - and I have many reasons, and I've done the research - so let me begin - I was to do a speech in speech class several years ago now, the teacher gave us options of topics, and mine was  The alcohol drinking age limit, like you-  DOING WHAT seemed right, w/ out researching it - I chose "why the drinking age should be RAISED", BUTTTTTTTTTTT, as I began looking for good reasons....everything pointed to just the opposite, and I had to change my subject, instead it went to  why it should be LOWERED.  I got an  A+ as my grade, until I talked for too long, brininging my grade down a point, to a b+ - so, moving on - the age of 21  in the US, is THE only country with a limit that age, most are 17-20, AND u know what , we have MORE alcohol related driving incidents, MORE BINGE drinking deaths, MORE ALCOHOLICS, more BARS, MORE AA MEETINGS THAN ANYBODY ELSE....HMM i see a pattern, but lets go on - 2ndly - as we have the HIGHEST age limiit, we teach our children they cannot do something, so when they can, or when they get close enough to sneak around and do it, THEY don't just do it - they over do it, irrespoinsiby, because nobody taught them how to drink casually for simple purposes, so all that they know , is they want to get drunk.  When kids get to college, BINGE drinking is sooo incredibly dangerous, but most of these kids weren't able to drink so freely near home - so when there out, the are literally out of control.  And lastly, being the highest age limit country -  WHAT SENSE DOES IT MAKE, THAT CHILDREN, CAN VOTE, THEY CAN KILL AND BE KILLED IN THE ARMY, THEY CAN SMOKE, BUT THEY CANNOT HAVE A GLASS OF FRICKIGN WINE....its bull.  If our children were taught, like in most other countries-  that IT IS OK to have a glass of wine with your meal, throw a beer back during a game, and just relax - they wouldn't turn 21 and be a complete mess - this is how others do it - and were just ridiculously delayed.  So again, yes I see wehre most people would think, raise it, raise it - but when you dip in, it makes a lot more sense do lower it , and TEACH, instead of crossing your fingers, that you got a "GOOD" child.

If boys (aka 18 yr old men) are allowed and encouraged to be in the military and potentially kill people, they are old enough to have a beer.  Why do we allow these young men to go thru what they do over there, but we don't want them to have a drink to get thru the day?  That seems crazy to me!  Why don't we raise the military age to match the drinking age?  Kids drink anyway if they really want to.

I see what you're trying to say, but please let me point out what I felt was wrong with what you said...giving ANYONE the message that they need a drink to help them get through the day is why you get such a bad alcohol problem, like the one here in the U.S. Sending that message to anyone going though war is especially the wrong way to go because that will teach them to self medicate instead of dealing with it the "healthy" way. Please don't encourage anyone to have a drink to get them through the day; we're trying to help our addiction problems, not encourage them : )

Sara, I am not encouraging anybody to drink.  But, people DO.  We all do it on our own.  No one needs to encourage it.  This country has an addiction problem because things are made so taboo.  Why do other countries w/ no age limit on drinking, etc have LESS addiction problems?  Why is that?  This country has the biggest problem of all.
Are you saying that the men and women who serve our country arent going to have a beer at the end of the day?  I didnt say they should get plastered and become alcoholics to deal with their problems.  But, people like to have a drink or two.  With friends, without friends.    Have you never gone out for a drink with friends?  People are self-medicating whether you like it or not.  And I don't think that an 18 yr old should be allowed to kill and see some f-ed up stuff, but not able to have a damn beer or not.  They are going to do it whether it is legal or not.  Period.  Burying your head in the sand is not going to help anything.

You completely missed my ENTIRE point because you're still suggesting that having a beer or two won't ever eventually become 3,4,16,24, alcohol poisoning...my dad is a Vietnam Vet, was encouraged to drink because he and everyone else who had to go to war at the end of the day said "We need a drink!" They learned to cope that way, instead of maybe dealing with their day in a healthier way. My dad has been long gone out of Vietnam, but you know what has stayed with him? His coping skills. He still drinks and gets drunk every day, still battling PTSD. It all starts because he wasn't taught how to deal with things in a healthy way and because alcohol is socially acceptable; suggesting it to people who don't know how to cope with traumatic things, or even just the ups and downs of everyday life, is not the answer they need. Realistically, we all usually start off without a problem. There is a reason habits and addictions brew and then all of a sudden, you're a full blown addict. You're right, there is (what I believe) to be an alcohol epidemic here in the US, which is why we need to start by changing our mindset and as ridiculous as it may sound to anyone, it needs to start by saying "No, I don't NEED a drink after this long, tough day." Especially among the combat soldiers!! I'm not talking about legalization or anything like that; all things in moderation, if you can handle it.

Sara, you missed MY point.  That not everyone becomes an alcoholic.  People drink.  Just because certain people can't handle it, doesn't mean that others can't.  Because I enjoy a margarita w/ my friends suggests that I am self-medicating?  Not true.  I'm not encouraging anybody to do anything.  People do what they want, period.  It has nothing to do with me.  Maybe the military needs to help their own to deal with the traumas of war and actually HELP and provide mental help for those returning from service. I KNOW that they don't take care of their own.  I too know of people battling PTSD and the military isn't doing shit to help them.
Banning alcohol for people certainly isn't going to do the trick.  People get drunk, do drugs, whatever they want anyway.  We all know that there are healthier ways of dealing with things, yet we choose to do what WE want.  I smoke cigs and pot.  Do I know that cigs are bad?  YES.  Am I trying to quit?  YES.  But, nothing anyone says will keep me from putting certain things into my own body, and no one else has the right to tell me what to ingest.
Why don't you suggest some answers instead of just putting out a blanket statement telling people not to self-medicate?  Addicts are wired to be addicts.  Whether it's food or drugs or liquor.  Maybe you should write to the liquor companies and ask them to stop their advertising.  People aren't stupid sheep (well lots of people aren't) and will decide on their own to get fucked up or not.  You telling them they are not being healthy isn't helping anyone.  Are you suggesting that they make all drugs, pharmaceuticals, cough syrups, cigs and alcohol illegal because everyone uses them for crutches?

Welll, you have been putting words in my mouth, I NEVER said that alcohol needed to be banned!!? I NEVER said that everyone becomes an addict out of recreational use. I was responding to your comment, and I quote, "Why do we allow these young men to go thru what they do over there, but we don't want them to have a drink to get thru the day?" This had NOTHING to do with what was being discussed in the blog, and all that I was pointing out was how socially acceptable alcohol is. So much so, that you made the suggestion that soldiers should be able to have a beer or two, and you're right; they should because it's their body to do with what they want...what I'm saying is making those kind of suggestions is only making it seem like it's okay to give a combat soldier alcohol to cope. YOU may be able to have a margarita or two, but go out to war and kill people, watch people get killed in brutal ways, watch your friends die, then go home at the end of the day and see how many beers you drink to keep the dead woman that you killed out of your head...and you're spot on with holding advertisers accountable too!!! America is one big alcohol pusher, and it's up there with being one of the worst problems you can have...it's a very serious problem and I take it that way. I'm sorry if you still don't understand, but I don't know what else to say to make you understand so I'm done now with my soapbox :)

I don't know that lowering the legal age is appropriate...it doesn't really matter though, kids find a way to drink.
I do however think the legal limit should be lowered.  It's .08 where I live, .04 or less would be a good start...maybe then more people would reconsider before getting behind the wheel.

I don't think you pwn jack...

However, I agree that marijuana should be legal... Hubby and I were just talking about this very thing in the car a few minutes ago on the drive home from taking our 4 cats to the vet... after paying the $600.00 vet bill I sure would have loved to been able to come home and smoke a big fat blunt, or hit the bong... I gave it up several years ago for two reasons... I have a chronic lung condition and also because it is illegal.. I'm too fucking old to go to jail for relaxing in my own home minding my own fucking business...

And that's my two cents...

if drugs were legal it may cost this country more money. drugs are addicting, period. remember the law isnt just to protect society but to tell kids that its wrong. if its legal, they wont listen to their parents. i think there would be more durg addict losers running around. aside from the drug dealing point u made, which makes sense, however, when people are addicted they still do crazy things, have bad reactions, putting everything at risk with their psychotic desperate addict state of mind. ive known people who got sober from being thrown in jail, even saved their life from drugs. i think there will always be criminals an dealers. letys sAy heroin is legal, well then drug dealers will find a wAy to mi that with something else, where its way better than the legal kind. criminals have a way of out-smarting everyone else. i dont thin k theyd scatter away and become alter boys just cuz its legal. gtheyd figure out a way to stay in business.

all kids r naughty, all kids wont listen to their parents, all kids break the law, crock of shit. parents teach what they know and hope they listen. i was brought up right, told drugs were toxic, will ruin my life, etc. kids imitate their parents. music, drugs, sex, temper, morals or lack of. thats why its hard for my to relate to this high school m,entality, such as calling som, eone gay to insult thwem. like in the 1st grade. its hard for me to relate to everyone, no one understands my kind or morals.
