HEY DUDERS

if you want to book a show for/with/whatever porches, the best way to get ahold of me is through email, at bdhorowitz@gmail.com.  i'm super bad at myspace.  i am always down for talking about setting up shows somewhere, but please don't be offended if i can't help you out or play with you. 

i will play pretty much anywhere, and if it works out, there will be a band, too.

in phoenix, we only played one show that had an age limit, and i didn't know that would be the case until the night of.  i ever really saw the need to do it - i had lots of friends who ran art spaces, or lived in houses that were down for shows.

in chicago, it is really hard to find spaces that are open to doing shows - especially with loud bands.  and that has lead to me booking more shows in bars.  some of them were really rad.  some of them were super lame.  it is a last resort.  i'm sorry if you are under 21 - if we are ever playing a show that is 21+, i will do my best to sneak you in.

bottom line on that one, i guess, is if there really is no alternative, i/we will play those shows.  this is something i do for an escape - for a few hours of honesty after a day spent in the dishonest world of the american workplace.  i'm trying to do right by everyone, but i also am addicted to playing music for people, even if it means having to do so under conditions i'm not 100% comfortable with.
