I just thought Id get in touch with everyone to let you know I am a nominee for the pop catagory of The Just Plain Folks Music Awards 2009. I think I got this message a little late because the LIVE awards ceremony is being webcast on www.justplainfolks.org at 5pm US CST. This was yesterday in Australia, right? I was actually asked to perform but the awards are right in the middle of my time in Europe.

I have no idea if I have won or not (most likely not, as I havent heard from anyone haha) but feel free to write in if you happened to catch the show.

The JPF music awards are the largest ever conducted in world history and took 17
months to complete. This year they had 560K songs and 42K albums entered from 163 countries around the world. It's all done for free and as a labor of love by a staggering
number of judges (they had over 10,000 judges assigned in the last round alone).

I have so many exciting things that I am bursting to tell you all, but Florence is calling so I will be in touch on my return.

PPPs All of the Mood settings in this blog and the option to tell you what book I am reading are in Italian. I am currently reading NEW MOON (the second twightlight book) but have gone through five books in six weeks! My mood is peckish...Does that count?
