"Old Ghosts" by Stratospheerius....   Stratospheerius is a group I work with, and you tell me what genre of music this fits.  fusion? jam? hard rock? classic rock?

Buffalo Springfield's "For What It's Worth"  I used to listen to that song on the college jukebox back in Fredonia.  It was the only song from the '60s on the jukebox when I attended college in the late '70s.... I wonder if it's still on that machine... hmm, I wonder if they still have that machine there!

The Love Kills Theory's "Something Goes Around."  This fits with the Buffalo Springfield song.  I work with these guys, and they have such good melodies.  It's heavy, it's layered, it's punk.  I love the megaphone on the record.  Lead singer Cevin Soling has a pretty distinctive voice.

"Still Comes Naturally" from Elliott Murphy--purity, baby.  Elliott's also one of my artists.  If you have some time, call me and I'll tell you the many things I've learned from him.  Better yet, read the book when I finish it!

Tom Robinson Band's "2-4-6-8 Motorway" is one of the great nursery rhyme songs that deal with heavy topics.  He's an inspiring writer.

The Statler Brothers' "Shenandoah" has gorgeous harmonies.  In their mind, Shenadoah exists.

"Where Do I Go"/"Good Morning Starshine" by Diana Ross.  I love singing along with the music of HAIR!

Whitesnake's "Love Ain't No Stranger" is one of the songs where I hear a country vibe in David Coverdale's voice, even though he rocks!

"Blind Faith" by Warrant has always been a song I enjoyed, with its sleeping imagery and use of the words "believe" and "faith."  Just a simply stated song.

Of course I'm including a Jann Klose song.  I chose "Remember Your Name."  I love the background harmonies, the drums and bass--all the instruments.  They all create such movement and sonic beauty in the song.
