The semi final round of the Favorite Song by a Male Solo Artist for the month of October has also begun. One semi final match sees Dan Tulloh of Winona, Minnesota go up against Creative 1 of Detroit, Michigan. Smooth RnB crooner Creative 1 says his song "It Feels So Good" is "a song about a man trying to put words into a visualization, explaining just how his woman makes him feel inside."
Meanwhile, Dan Tulloh started piano at the age of 6 and went on to play guitar, sax and sing. He started recording on a Casio keyboard and cassette tape recorder. He has dabbled in all types of music and writes and records anything from rock and folk to electronic music and other types of experimental things. The song "Flare" is based on a drive Dan used to take in the Santa Cruz Mountains in California on his way to work from Boulder Creek to Mountain View.

Selwyne 'Mess This Up'
The second semi-final match pits Fort Worth, Texas crooner Selwyne against the folky classic rock of Coloner Pepper.
Selwyne says his song "Mess This Up" is about a guy interested and into a girl and he's convincing her that he's not gonna let anyone 'mess this up'. He came too far and fell to deep in love to give up and he explains what he likes in a women!
Colonel Pepper shares his song "Sailor's Destiny" in this contest, which he says is about a voyage over oceans and ages guided by a mighty angel who spread his wings across the sea.
