A Retreat of Freedom & Purpose....

We
all need and deserve time to recharge our batteries and experiment with
creativity and mindfulness. REJUVENATION is a retreat
meant for those who want an enriching experience, desire skills that will
improve the quality of their life, and meet new people who are on a similar
journey.
Retreat
days are filled with: morning and evening yoga, deep breathing and meditation
classes, evening bonfires, drum circles, swimming, sweat lodge ceremonies,
music therapy, silent hikes, reiki, thai massage, and self-discovery/ health
& wellness workshops.
It
is for people of all ability levels who want to have fun and learn something
new. Participants will have choices to either be camping in tents,
sleeping in cabins or the lodge house.
It is being presented by One Common Unity, Flow Yoga Center and Java
Green Eco-Cafe.....
