I wanted to let all the fans, friends and family of Indorphine know that the band is officially no longer together. This site will remain up for all to hear the music. Tanner, Adam, Jimmy and Buddy are all still involved with active music projects and Everett is persuing life, Everett style. They love all of you, both fans and friends, for the loyal support you've given the band over the past 7 years.and I want to personally thank each of the guys(Tidy Bowl Blue, A Bomb, Thunder Monkey, Triple Cheese and Buddy Luv for one hell of a kick ass ride in my "old ass" life.

I love you all. Signing off,

Big Jim

To Big Jim, Thank you for all that you are and all that you have taught us. We want to thank you for teaching us the many aspects of the music industry and to go for what is in your dreams and to respect those around you. You taught us FAMILY is important and we continue to carry on with that with each band we meet. There is so much that I would like to say but the tears are falling so I will go and please know that we love and respect you so very much. Again thank you for taking us under your wing and giving us the best years.....
To the guys, I have to get back to you after the water fall stops.

love ya,
Verna/Mom

It is certainly a dark day in the annals of the central Florida music scene. We are losing one of the most inventive, most talented, most humble, and most entertaining bands to ever grace the stage. Indorphine’s unique and exceptionally creative blend of sensory-overload in-your-face music has always been set apart from the thousands of “screamo metal” bands by its unshakable foundation of absolute virtuoso musicianship. Every single member of the band, without exception, is one of the best (if not the best) at what they do, and their individual command of their instruments culminated in the rare and unique situation of having a seamless songwriting synergy that spawned one great composition after another. Combined with a huge dose of somewhat self-deprecating humor and endless energy in their live shows, there has never been anything like the “Indorphine experience” and I doubt that, short of the band reuniting, there ever will be again.

I liken the “Indorphine experience” to watching “Pulp Fiction.” The first time I saw Pulp Fiction, when it was first released in the theatres, I was so taken aback by the ultra-violence that I left the movie numb and disturbed. But I watched it again. And again, and again, and again. And as I became desensitized to the violence, the true meaning of the movie revealed itself to me; the shocking graphic violence was merely a backdrop for the dialog, which is what drives Pulp Fiction and from which it derives its greatness. Every time I watch the movie I pick up on some new nuance; it is like peeling back the layers of an onion and discovering a fine chocolate truffle in the center.

Such it is with Indorphine. Once you get past the extreme hardcore nature of the music, you realize that what they are doing, musically, is sheer genius on an entirely different level than anything else.
The bands irreverent image, idiosyncratic stage antics, hardcore ..style.., and everything else is merely a backdrop for their brilliantly crafted music. You either “get it” or you don’t, but if you do get it, man what an enriching experience.

I am very, very proud to have been a part of Indorphine for the past six years. I thank Big Jim, Jimmy, Adam, Tanner, Everett, Buddy, and everyone else associated with the band for including me in the Indorphine family.
It’s been a wild ride, and I truly love all of you …

Much respect,

Tom Player

All the best to you Jimmy, and to everyone from the Indorphine extended family. Meeting you guys in Cincy and watching the show is a treasured memory, as well as hanging out in the "vanmpitheatre". I'll always listen to the music, and wish you much happiness, solitude, and peace in your lives. People are mad at me too for quitting the life but I have to do what I have to do. Someday you will make it into the tabloids. Much love, guys. You will never be forgotten.
