People who know me know my politics. I certainly don't hide my ideology, but that doesn't mean I dismiss opposing views. As long as people are armed with facts and not talking points gleaned from one or two entertainment outlets, well then, we can talk.
So this is my bipartisan public service announcement--VOTE! Don't 'forget what day it is' or figure that 'both candidates are the same' (amazingly, some people actually believe that). VOTE. If you desire change or want to have a voice you have no other choice.
Politics are flawed, campaigns can be frustrating, the noise level can be overwhelming, but it's all we've got. And it's critical to engage in the process.
So buck up, don't drink too much the night before, and get your butt to your polling place on November 4.
