“The Smoke Mai Tai” A classic concoction of Myers light and dark rums, mingling with orange and pineapple juices with a hint of grenadine topped off with a float of 151 rum. It’s sure to get your grass skirt shaking!!!!!
“Blue Hawaiin” A tantalizing mix of Cuzan light rum and blue curacao mixed with pineapple juice. One of Elvis’ favorites!!!!
“Bahama Mama” Like a sunny day in the islands, this mixture of Cruzan light and coconut rums with a splash of Myers dark rum and banana liquer mixed with pineapple and orange juices will have you smiling and digging your toes in the sand!!!
“Sex on the Beach” This drink is almost as fun but without the sand in your shorts! A mixture of vodka, peach schnapps, chambord and midori melon liquer with orange juice and grenadine.
“Hawaiin Punch” This is not the stuff you drank as a kid! It’s a mix of Cruzan light and pineapple rums with cranberry and pineapple juices with a splash of 7-up for a little fizz.
“Jamaican Sunset” This is a great one to sip on as the sun goes down, or any time really!!! Appletons estate rum, mixed with orange and cranberry juices.
“Kamaniwanalaya” Myers light and dark rums mixed with Ameretto di Saronno and finished off with pineapple juice. Try saying the name after a few of these!!!
A FROZEN CONCOCTION OR TWO
“The Smoke-a-Rita” Our signature margarita is made from only the finest ingredients. We use Corazon blanco tequila, cointreau and fresh lime juice with sweet and sour mix. Served blended or on the rocks, you’re sure to enjoy!!!
“Lanai Lemonade” A refreshing blend of Ketel One citron vodka, sweet and sour, and 7-up, blended and topped with a float of Ameretto di Saronno. It don’t get any better!!!
“Lava Flow” A fun combination of two great frozen drinks! Start with a classic pina colada made with Cruzan rum, and swirl in a strawberry daiquiri made with Cruzan pineapple rum! Let the good times flow!!!!
“The Shark-a-Rita” In honor of our boys in teal, we came up with this one that definitely has a bite. We start with Margaritaville tequila and add triple sec, fresh lime juice and blue curacao and sweet and sour mix, blend it, and top it off with a float of Grand Marnier. This ones a power play!!!
“Frozen Peach” We start with Absolut Apeach vodka, accent it with a splash of peach schnapps and orange and pineapple and fresh lime juices and blend away. This one is peachy!!!
“King Kamehameha” Sipping on this frozen concoction will make you feel like a king! A mix of Appleton estate rum, Ameretto di saronno blended with pineapple and orange juice with just a splash of lime. It’s good to be the king!!!!

MARTINI’S
“IslandMystique” Palm fronds sway in the island breezes as you sip this refreshing martini made with Cruzan mango rum, Intrigue liquer and pineapple juice.
“South SeasCosmo” A favorite of all the hula girls! We make this one with Cruzan mango rum, with a splash of guava and papaya nectars and fresh lime juice accented with a splash of cranberry.
“Key Lime Pie” Kind of tart, kind of sweet, this one can’t be beat! Made with Hanger One Kaffir lime vodka, Cruzan vanilla rum, a splash of Tuaca liqueur, fresh lime juice and a touch of cream. Just like the dessert, only no fork necessary!!!
“Tropical Lifesaver” This refreshing concoction is made with Hangar One Hand of Buddha citron vodka, Midori, Chambord and sour apple liqueurs with a splash of pineapple and orange juices and sour mix. This one's like candy!!!
