So I must say the party last night was well worth the 10 dollars....I hadn't been to Route 66, the club where it was held, before so it was a good change of environment. Huge dancefloor and the multiple stories thing was good for pictures.
Cee Plus kicked off things with some sweet disco jams and then JD, the dude who made
Houston for Dummies cd (it's just called houston now though cause they got a letter from the for dummies people)

The turntable set up they had was ridiculous....it reminds me how bad i need to get new equipment =(
After that Dj mel from austin started spinnin.....

Mel is the guy with the stakes is high shirt and the other dudes are dj ayres, tittsworth, jinxx and cashless (the guy who put the whole shindig together)
Although the music was pretty much awesome the whole night...not that many people were dancing

I got to see a bunch of old friends like Moneak from
Hater magazine with her peeps.

I think my picture taking skills are definetly improving....well at least for portrait type pics.
Here's another one of the Rub with Tittsworth, Jinxx and JD

As the night progressed the drinks kept flowin and the crowd started pilin up

(note to self - stop wearing blue jeans so much when you go out)
I got pretty wasted so I can't remember if Cosmo Baker started spinnin first or if him and ayres started together.

Although the crowd might not have been to their liking, I'm sure pretty much everyone had a good time. Houston people don't dance we just like to stand around and watch other people haha.

It was a hella fun night and I'm glad I got back to Houston to catch it....looking forward to another big party like this with djs from out of town.
