Charles Atlas (myself and JMG) just returned from playing the M1 Fringe Festival in Singapore.

Highlights and Shout Outs:

Meeting the folks behind the Fringe - a very professional lot and the nicest people you'd ever want to meet.

Our show - we nailed it...and the venue was AMAZING.

Seeing a picture of us on the floor in a shopping mall.

Coffee in a bag. (look at my pics and you'll see what I'm talking about)

Josh O. for letting us crash at his place, use his computer, play his guitar and swim in that grand pool 3 stories below.

Eugene for flying from Bangkok to hang out and come to our show.

Zahir (our liaison) for taking care of us - getting us to and from the places we needed to be, taking us for beers, and just being really fucking cool.

The "special guy" at the Indian restaurant that wouldn't let us order what we wanted...which turned out to be a good thing, cos whatever he brought us KICKED ASS!

Thailand (we flew over for a few days) - monkeys, temples, bus/boat rides, crazy night life, strange taxi rides, plates with our pictures on them, naked people, Germans, lemongrass potato chips....and soooo much more.

Meetings Angie Seah - totally wonderful, down to earth, SUPER CREATIVE Singapore artist....you ROCK! Thanks for showing us around, dancing with us, buying us beers and rocking radiohead in your car. You're too sweet.

The Negative:

22 hour flight - which really fucks you up when you return to the States.

My left arm going completely numb on the flight from Tokyo (15 hours) and me having to spend two days in the hospital.

Half my guitar FX getting destroyed on the flight over.

Losing money in Thailand.

Having to come home when you're having such a GREAT TIME.
