A man in Texas could face harassment for impersonating a former co-worker by placing a Craigslist ad that said she would have sex with those who contacted her on Valentine’s Day. The 21-year-old victim called police after receiving over 200 calls and texts form men responding to the fake ad, demanding to have sex with her as the ad promised. The victim told police she believed the ad was placed by a former co-worker whose attempts to date her were spurned. When confronted the man admitted to posting the fake ad, long with a photo of the woman taken from her MySpace page. No arrests were made pending the investigation. Even with the ad pulled the women still report receiving messages.
