We leave together from Powersports East at 8:30 AM

• THIS IS A VERY EXPANSIVE RIDING AREA JUST 2 HOURS AWAY. BY BUYING AN ANNUAL PERMIT, YOU ARE ALLOWED TO ACCESS THOUSANDS OF ACRES OF PRIME RIDING AREA CLOSE TO HOME, ANY DAY OF THE WEEK!

• We’ll cover 30+ miles, exploring dormant coal mines and wooded mountain trails.

• There are some rocky sections, but not too rocky overall.

• There are extensive pits and easy trails right next to the parking area, if you want to take it easy.

• No registrations required, but helmets a must, as always. Goggles, boots, gloves recommended. See permit details below.

• Dinner at a cool local restaurant, courtesy PSE and always a treat!

• Home at 10:00 PM.

• Side by sides also welcome.

Let’s face it, the days of free open riding areas are pretty much gone. Visit the Reading Anthracite Coal Company web site to learn how to find their office in Pottsville, PA. Go there with some form of registration, proof of insurance and $100 and you can buy a permit good until the end of the year. They will give you maps showing all their land sites, there’s a lot of open territory! We got ours, and the riding is very, very good. Well worth the money. Hope to see you there.
