The Sun Recessions

 
I have harvested a bunch of morels in the past week at George Rogers Clarke Park.

Delicious with country ham and eggs in a scramble.

Brush them clean, poach in a quick bath and sauté with shallots, garlic and butter.

YUM!

wow a luna moth i havent seen one of those since i was lad..best state to find morels is washington..but the compition out there in season is stiff..too many old hippys still live in the woods out there and out of work lumber mill workers and out of work every one..ha ha and this was the early 80s...i love your work cindy...your like the multi- task wonderkin..lol.

I've been busy too, jesh. I've decided to run for Mayor and replace the parking meters with gumball machines. Still working on our epic horror soundtrack while listening to The Morel Mushrooms and The Moths and The Newts. That Mercy beat just sends me.
