Southwest Virginia Community College is now offering a variety of off campus classes at the Fuel Building, located on Water Street, and/or Pocahontas High School. Classes offered include Topics in Digital Photography, Sociology, Aerobics Fitness, Studies in Painting and many more. These credited classes may be applied towards a degree or certification. Organizational meetings are scheduled to be held at the Fuel Building Monday, September 21 through Friday, September 25 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Any student interested in attending classes at either location in Pocahontas is encouraged to attend. Financial aid representatives and instructors will be available during these meetings to answer any questions.
