Firstly, we'd like to thank everyone who came along to the launch of 'Insula' in Whelan's on Friday night with Sticky Digit & The Lions Mane. We had a great night and we hope you enjoyed it too.

'Insula' is OUT NOW!!! Unfortunately there's been a delay with www.southofficial.com but the website will be launched in the next few weeks.

For now if you'd like to purchase a copy of our debut album you can just send us a message here on MySpace or drop into  RollerCoaster Records on Kieran Street.

The album will become more available in the coming weeks both online and in more music shops.
