The  Nation’s Tri is an Olympic Distance triathlon, which includes a 1.5k swim across  the Potomac River, a 10K run past historic sites in downtown DC like the  Smithsonian Museum, the National Holocaust Memorial,  and  the Washington  Monument, and a 40K bike loop that takes  you along the river with beautiful views of Rock Creek Park.
Team In Training is the world's largest and 'best sports endurance program. Through it you  will meet great friends, get unparalleled training and receive fundraising  support .   And you'll help the Leukemia &  Lymphoma Society (LLS) fund  lifesaving research.
