How do we love MySpace? Let us count the ways... As the booking manager here, I love the convenience of being able to go out, and listen to your music! I love being able to see what everyone's up to, where bands are playing at, and what people are all about!Unfortunately, I do not love how unreliable MySpace can be for communicating. I can't look back and see what I've sent to people past ten days! MySpace is a great vehicle for showcasing your music, and keeping fans up to date on what's going on, but it isn't helping me take care of booking requests, figure out who I have and haven't talked to, etc.

In a very short while we are going to hire someone to take care of all of our social networking sites-they will be updating the calendar, checking messages, posting pictures, etc. Because of this, as of July 15th, we have decided that we will no longer handle any booking related items through MySpace mail or any other social network mail. Please send all booking related items to booking@thelibrarystl.com

We're not trying to make things more difficult for you-in fact, this should help streamline everything, and I will be able communicate better than ever with everyone!!
