It's been a month since I wrote my last blog. If you've been following our US elections, you know it's been a hell of a ride. Republicans and Democrats clashing, Wall Street crashing, Palin bashing. Sure, politics is dirty. What the last month has revealed though, is how biased and one-sided our media is. Yes, we get it, you don't like Palin, McCain or the Republican party. We get the idea.
But guess what? A big portion of America does and we see right through the media's agenda and we will continue to support Governor Palin. We grew up in small towns, we were raised with Christian values, we were taught to be respectful and we cling to our guns, our Bibles and our Constitutional rights. Most importantly, we're damn proud of it. Maybe that's why Palin's such a threat to you. Maybe that's why you need to villify her, write nasty articles about her and wish evil things on her and her family. Sad and pathetic.
I had the privilege of meeting Governor Palin at the California rally where 20,000 people attended. These people probably have stopped listening to the media and go to other sources that are not littered with obvious bias. And thanks Matt Damon, Pamela Anderson, Lindsay Lohan and Madonna for reminding me never to support your "art" ever again. I may not support Senator Obama's or Senator Biden's policies but I will grant them the respect they deserve.
So to the news networks and the detached-from-reality celebrities, I dedicate this video to you: "The Fight", a song and video in tribute to Senator McCain and Governor Palin and all our US troops fighting for our freedoms.
Feel free to rate and comment by following the link and show your support for McCain/Palin and the video.
