So we found out from our realtor today that the house sale was not approved by the bank investors. I guess they are trying to get more money out of the sellers so that they can get the house for as close as it's worth. What that means for us is more waiting. The problem is, we have to be out of our apartment by Feb. 10th, which doesn't give us a lot of time.

We decided we will wait (I've used that word a lot) to get an approval from the investors but we will also be looking at other houses to see what's out there. We are going to look at one tomorrow that apparently should be very fast to close if we like it. I'm hoping all of our patience and extreme budgeting will pay off soon.
