a month or so ago Temple in Walla Walla, of the poet Charles Potts put out my first full length book, "was chicken trax amid sparrows tread: poems and one long movement".

i have had much good feedback on the poetry, but moreso on the prose, which is on getting hemmerhoids, and a big girl job with insurance, spurred all. i guess by turning thirty.

so, it is essentially a coming of age story. and then Potts picks it up, for his imprint. and next Ecstatic Peace invited me to write a book called "laying pans"--which is on working a hot buffet in an organic grocery. so, in one month two books of mine were put into print, and i think it was a fine finish to my thirtieth year, being published by two i admire greatly.
