So... Like many of you, I've been keeping an eye on this week's forecast, wondering if that storm would really hit... And to my delight, there was a strong dusting of snow outside my window this morning! Bear received 2-4" of snow overnight, and there's more in the forecast for Friday!

As I began pulling out my winter gear- gloves, beanies, fleeces & jackets- there was a growing feeling of anticipation. Soon there will be more snow on the ground, the lifts will start turning, and we'll be enjoying that sweet Sierra snow beneath our feet.
