Current mood:  curious

tehe! Everytime I think of that I laugh. Natness, you should bring over more v bros episodes.... pretty please?

Today I was thinking about colors. Blue is blue, so I've been told. But, what if my blue isn't the blue that you see as your blue? You say to yourself, "But Julie, these are questions a five year old would ponder".  Yes, yes it is. Don't you know me by now? I also still wonder if my reality is all a big memory I'm re-living in playback mode, but I'll save that for later. Oh, and I still wonder how many licks it takes to get to the center of a tootsie pop....

So, I did some looking around and I found this site:

oooh. read me.

If you check it out, click around from microconsciousness to differentiating, etc.

"Colors are only symbols. Reality is to be found in luminance alone." "When I run out of blue, I use red." -Picasso

look

just because....

ooh! ahh! (do it)

and oooooh.....

Yessssss....

one moreeee....

someone should send me better ones if they have 'em...

Why am I still at work?

Ok, the Checkerboard Illusion was definitely my favorite. It annoyed me to the point that I copied it into a paint program and compared pixel values multiple times. It's just that freaky.

i think about these sorts of things all the time, too.
in fact, rather than the play-back mode dealio - i've thought that maybe i was really just someone's dream before...
or maybe the star of some book somewhere that someone was reading...

he he he.

you and shelley should visit me sometime!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
:)

Go to this page and check out "Motion induced blindness". Very similar to lilac chaser.
