	Johnny Thao Johnny Thao	It's a very good video visually and conceptually. It's able to show the complex nature of dealing with infidelity. You can see how beautiful you are, but the man is distant when you look at him. When you get close, he still can't find himself embracing you yet. Still he is not completely removed from you. He still has that longing for you when he looks at you. With him acting like this it tears you up. I can feel it from the video, but the song itself translates the emotion best. It's filled with regret, sorrow, and pain, but I feel that it is light enough in tone to say that there is still hope for a future together when it's all done. Really though, the song doesn't have to apply only to infidelity because the feelings here are universal for many of the struggles we go through. I feel that when a musician can communicate on a level beyond what's in the lyrics , or rhythms, or chords like this it is the kind of thing music needs. Something that shows slices of true life in their entirety in only a moment.....Then again I could be wrong lol.
