This is my rant against companies that don't care about their customers. I have ordered items from internet sites for several years now and have NEVER had a bad experience. Three weeks ago I ordered an item called EZ Combs. I looked in the stores first - they were not in stores yet. Their web site says the item is $10 and the shipping is $6.99.  AFTER I hit the submit button on the order form, the shipping went from $6.99 to $13.99.  And, after waiting a week for them to ship the order I called their customer no service and was told it takes SIXTEEN business days to process the order and up to another THREE weeks to ship it! I found the item at a store today and tried to cancel the internet order since it had not been shipped yet. They REFUSED. So, I am advising other people to not buy any As Seen On TV item sold by Telebrands.  That is TELEBRANDS. This has been a bad experience since I cannot justify buying this item in the store. It will not even be shipped to me until next week.

I had orders processed back in 1978 faster than that...no excuse. Of course, since we're bailing out any company that is run poorly...why should we worry about something as silly as a customer?
