My oldest son asks me today if rabbits lay eggs. I tell him no, that they're mammals and they have live babies like people do. He tells me if he gets a bunny he wants to have a boy bunny then cuz he doesnt want to have a lot of baby bunnies running around. I tell him that girl bunnies cant have babies unless there is a boy bunny too. He thinks about this for a second and says to me, "But only if they're married right?"

i tell ya kids say the funniest things- when my oldest was little and had hampsters- the mom ate the babies because she didnt know what to do- when i called the pet store to ask they told me that it was natural its what they usually do to their first born- my oldest looked up at me with tears in his eyes and i said whats wrong? he said mom im your first born , does that mean you are going to bite my head off? gotta love kids lol
