Hey everyone!
We just finished up the second podcast for Cedar Hill Refugees with producer Jack Clift.
In this episode, Jack talks about the Uzbek performers’ first reactions to hearing Pale Imperfect Diamond. When Jack returned to Uzbekistan, many of the musicians were eager to hear the finished version of the album and immediately noticed the similarities in American and Uzbek music as well.
Enjoy the insight into the reception of our American roots music standards and tell us what you think!
