Wow. You would've thought it couldn't get any worse but it did! Huzzah!
At the Madrid airport they first told us the flight was overbooked so we had to go back the day after...we made a lot of fuzz and were able to get a transfer with another airline. We then found out the computer system for baggage handling was out of order so our luggage would not arrive until a few days later. Amazing! The only good thing is that they upgraded our tickets so we got to travel in business class - we made sure to make good use of that fact when we finally got on the flight. A lot of free food and drinks of course! :)
Well, enough of the complaints about airlines - Madrid was great, the people were great, the bands were great and we had a blast!
