Why?  Do you think they are elitist?  Are they nit picky?  Maybe even border line rude?

Well, Gobo was created to smash this very elitist image.  We don't care if you are a vegetarian, vegan, flextarian, marxist, conservative, liberal or a steak & potato guy.  We just want you to have a good time.  I mean really... except for the very few, most of us go out to eat to have a good time.  To enjoy the delicious food.  Most people just don't really care if there is milk in this or honey in that.

Bottom line - Our atmosphere is welcoming & the food is delicious.  So come on in, live, love, and enjoy!

My friends often make fun of the way I eat -- until I bring them to Gobo.

One bite of your lasagna, and they decide that they, too, could be vegan without feeling deprived. One friend who was visiting from London for a week insisted on having at least one meal a day, every day, at Gobo (which was fine by us).

I love the iron skillet roasted veggies and the pumpkin soup, but since I've had to give up gluten, I miss your lasagna like you can't believe. I didn't know you were looking for investors. Please find a way to make the lasagna Gluten Free and we can talk...

Kim,
I did some research into this and discovered the wheat is in one of the igredients we use in the Lasagna.  We actually do not add any wheat ourselves.  I'll try to find a gluten free alternative.
Thanks,
Darryn
