Current mood:  exhausted
I finally got around to having my high speed passenger driving experience yesterday, which was given to me as a birthday present last year.

It was brilliant!

In the end, I went in the Subaru, as the transfer was easier.

I must admit, when I saw the driver, I was a little suprised, as he wasn't a day under 60! But as soon as we got going, I realised this was a bonus, as he really had the experience to push the car to it's limit.

We overtook everything, Ferraris, Lambo's, Aston's, Jag's and loads of others.

He took me around about 9 laps, by which time my arms had no strength left to keep me upright, as the G forces on cornering and braking really throw you about a bit.

I also took the skin off my left elbow and right knuckles bracing myself, but it was well worth it.

If anyone is thinking of doing this, you have to give it a go, as it's great!

Simon.

Wow! That sounds like fun! I've never heard of doing that... (although driving with my 20 year-old son is kinda like taking my life in my hands. :-)

Glad you had a good time. Where did you do this?

Brill, And again proving to the rest of the world, and other disabled people, That being disabled does not stop you living, and having fun.

Keep living, And enjoy every moment.
