I just got into the office at Banana's at about 12PM, when I came across a bulletin that Proof of D12 was shot and killed in Detroit. I started thinking to myself, damn, another loss in the Hip Hop world. I had the pleasure to meet Proof at the Up in Smoke tour when I won the contest on MTV. Me, Em, and Proof, joked around all day backstage, real funny dude, spittin' freestyles and dancing like Hammer. I actually have video of it and may post it on here. What you have to know about Proof is that he is the reason why we have Eminem in the game. He was actually Future, the character that was played by Mekhi. He made Em into what he is, that's why Em and him were so tight. I feel for Em, losing a close friend, actually, a brother. His discography includes two albums with D12 and his solo album, Searching for Jerry Garcia. Also, he was Em's right hand man on stage, for every show since he was underground till now. MNy condoleneces go to his family and friends. Another great loss for the D.... R.I.P. Proof, you will be missed.....
