Hey Folks,
So, here's the scoop...

You are invited to the recording of the new

Come Gather Round Us

album!!


 The new record, working title 'To Be A Rabbit', will be recorded and filmed in front of a VERY small audience of just 15 of our biggest supporters.

Only 9 places are left... 

Here's how it works - On Saturday September 19th and Sunday September 20th we are going into the Magic Closet  studio here in Portland, Oregon to record our new record. 
If you want an intimate experience of the bands inner workings!!! : ) you can buy a ticket to watch the recording process happen. YES, actually sit in the room while we play the new songs! There'll even be some chances for audience participation!! The whole thing will be filmed and later released as a special edition dvd.
WARNING: Recording can be a long and unpredictable process so this is only for patient and highly interested music fans... this is not a show, it's a real life album recording!! : )

A ticket will cost just $50 for the whole two days!

Although no one has to stay for the whole thing, coming and going will be discouraged as it may interfere with the process. 

Tickets can be purchased by doing the following:

1. go to www.themagiccloset.net 

2. click on polices

3. click on booking

4. in the field marked 'Description' type "Come Gather Round Us recording"

5. in the field for unit price enter the amount ($50 for 1 ticket $100 for 2 tickets etc.)

6. next log in to pay pal (if you're a member) or click the Visa symbol to pay by credit or debit card.

7. VERY IMPORTANT - Lastly, reply to this email with your mailing address, your name (plus the names you want on the other tickets, if you have bought more than one) once your payment is verified - The individually hand drawn ticket(s) will be on it's way to you!!

OMG.  Sebastian, Catherine, Mike... the loveliest trio:  I am going to school this fall, dammit.  I wish I could say yes, yes, yes to this amazing and dang cool invite.  I've put some roots down that I shant let H'wood dig up for now.  I love you all and wish everything EVERYTHING for you,,, as you should well know by now.  ;0}  I think this URL should be beautifully spattered about facebook.  I shall try when I get some time.  Gonna save it now.  I love recording sessions.  Beautiful things.  Big X.

I went to something like this for another artist and can recommend.  Everyone wins.  Though it was just a 4-hour evening recording a set "as live" in the studio, not a full 2 days!
Wish I was a bit (5000 miles?) closer.
