Here are some pics from Denali's reunion show at Music Hall of Williamsburg in Brooklyn.  The band had broken up several years ago at around '03 or '04 and I never had a chance to see them live.  Both their albums that they released at the time--The Instict, and their self titled album, were great.  I had a chance to see Maura perform her solo material a few years ago at the Knitting Factory when she started a band called Ambulette, but it didn't have the same punch.

Thoughts of having the long awaited chance to FINALLY see them live playing all their classic material just left me all warm and fuzzy.  And did the deliver a mind blowing show!  The band not only sounded tight, but they played all the songs I wanted (scratch that...needed) to hear!

We got a good spot and were right by the front too.  The only drawback was that at the end of the set, I found out that the merch table had sold out of their tour Dvd, which was selling for merely $10 a pop.

Here's a trailer for their dvd, featuring the song "Normal Days".
