Hello, welcome to what will hopefully be the first of many updates on the many happenings of World's Fair. In what turned out to be both a lazy yet productive sunday rehearsal, we've put together rough tracks to three new songs. I'm really excited about these. Amid the comfortable tales of songs of love, rejection and resolve, we find the waltz of a young girl and her confrontation and a truly vile sasquatch. Currently known around the water cooler as "Sasquatch", it features some fine piano playing out of Charlie. plus it looks to be the first song to feature some back up vocals from the band! Juan's worked up a couple of tunes, plus an intro piece, that are really killer. If you caught the last show at Reggie's you heard the intro piece. It is great for opening the show or as a transition. The new song is one of our most danceable grooves yet. Brit's got a great melody to this one already and has a chorus that I haven't been able to get out of my head for the last 48 hours. This one rocks.
More updates on the way!
