Gig two -

               We are sitting here in Chris's pad, discussing the days events, Roberto is currently chatting away on his laptop he has no pants on at present because they got soaked in the gigantic 'tidal' wave of a puddle he was drunkenly jumping around in earlier this eve outside the venue.  

  I am mainly listening to Joe who is mainly talking and Chris who is finishing his tinny. Due to the previous days escapades we have not all been together all day, so we decided the best thing was to meet at the venue for the soundcheck, Of course I was on time and was quite surprised when the others failed to turn up... traffic was the reason 

   The first guys were a genuinely cool acoustic act, they wore punk attire with platform shoes which were clearly from Camden market. They did an acoustic punk cover of 'Teenager in Love'

We hit the stage, it nearly buckled under the weight, then we found out the monitors didn't work. just before I started singing the microphone (which was gaffer taped on) broke. To cut the story short the place was in need of a new bit of gear or ten. But regardless of that fact the crowd was good and we gave our all... By the time the last band were on, Rob was wasted, culminating with him Jumping around at the front of the stage with some randoms.

Joe's tomtom gave us wrong directions on the way home, so we played all our tracks on the radio and sang along and that's that until tomorrow.
