Jypsi's new song, “Girls Do It Better” Can Be Heard in Promos for Upcoming Episode
Jypsi has been on the radio with the sparkling energy of their latest single, “Mister Officer,” and now another of the group’s songs, “Girls Do It Better,” is being featured in promotional spots for the upcoming episode of ABC’s Desperate Housewives.
Celebrating the fairer sex with lyrics like “dancing backward wearing our high heels,” the sassy, playful energy of “Girls Do It Better” got its first spotlight in the closing preview from Sunday’s episode.
In response to their song being selected for the spots, the group offered this statement: “Considering the premise of the show and the title of the song, we were extremely excited to find out that ‘Girls Do It Better’ was chosen to help promote the next episode of Desperate Housewives as part of the new season!”
The three-woman, one-man sibling band continues to earn praise for their refreshing and vibrant song style, with multi-Platinum chart-topper Keith Urban recently cheering the band’s “Mister Officer” as “… insanely fresh and fearlessly original. I love this band.” Following a show this month opening for Darius Rucker in L.A., the Los Angeles Times lauded, “Their harmonies, rooted in bluegrass but infused with punk spirit, are nothing short of wondrous … great things await.”
Both “Mister Officer” and “Girls Do It Better” are from the band’s upcoming album, and the digital single and video for “Mister Officer” are available now!
