A unique piece of dance theatre,Directed and developed by Benji Reid.....Featuring world class bboys Mouse, Steady and ChimpChilla with a LIVE music score by Dj GKut. It tells the story of how they each got involved in the worl of B-Boying. This piece is not performed by actors...... Experience what it's like to be an outsider in the 'gladiator's circle' as they tell their unique life stories about how they got into this movement and came to survive and finally thrive there. Combining narrative, physical theatre and dance alongside a live score by DJ G-Kut, Life of ad B-Boy is essential viewing and sets the standard for hip hop theatre. Each scratch by the DJ represents a moment in time and each record plays the landscape for our young gladiators.
