Back in December 2008... I got a e-mail from the Warner Bros. Music office in the U.K. that they wanted to buy a picture I had taken about 4 years ago to use on the new single by the band called PENDULUM titled SHOWDOWN , it's from the bands latest CD as I'm writing this called... 'In Silico' from 2008 .
The band just had a small U.S. tour in March 2009 and was on the Jimmy Kimmel late night TV show... so far they have used the photo they got from me on the CD single ( I found out they didn't sell the CD single in store's only by internet by downloading it so there's no pix used on it ) , but it was used on the bands new 12” Picture Disc Vinyl release ( it's super looking ) that just came out about the first week of February 2009 . It would have been great if they could have stopped in Philadelphia on this U.S. tour... go to the bands web site and or their My Space profile to see more INFO about the band... plus give a listen to the bands music and check out the bad ass video for the SHOWDOWN single... the music is like a club / industrial / electronic / rock style .I am very proud to have a photo of mine used on this item... hey who knows maybe it will show up on a tee shirt... my name will live in infamy in England !!
The photo was only used on a Limited Edition 12" Vinyl Picture Disc Record... Warner Bros. sent me 10 copys , and it looks great !
