FINAL DAYS OF CONTEST!!
Hey all-Matt from Briggs & Stratton.  I just wanted to post the following details as we get closer to the end of this contest. 

Here’s how it’s going to work from here on out. On May 3 at 11:59 p.m. we’ll close the voting mechanism on the site. The Top 10 will know who they are, but we’ll also notify them that they have until Friday, May 8 at 5:00 p.m. CST to send us a full CD of their music that they’d play in a show. No CD, no eligibility.

WHERE IT GETS TRICKY:
Our panel of judges will gather on May 12 to select the Top 3. What this means is that the #1 band in the rankings isn’t necessarily guaranteed to make it to the Top 3. The panel will decide which band will perform best live, while considering what gives the best representation of the corporate brand.  We may be an innovative and cool company but we still want to protect our company’s reputation by selecting a band that best represents us!
The Top 3 bands will be loaded back on the site on May 14 and voting will start all over again!

You’ve read what the winning band receives – Rock Star Treatment. Want more? The winning band will get to take part in a Milwaukee institution – the Sausage Race at the Milwaukee Brewers game!

During every Milwaukee Brewers baseball game, in the 6th inning 5 different Klements (a Wisconsin company) sausages run a race. The winning band gets to judge the race, on the field, at the Finish Line during Saturday night’s game.
