ASPERS FIRE COMPANY 1ST ANNUAL CAR/BIKE SHOW AND BBQ

RULES AND REGULATIONS

GENERAL

The Aspers fire company will not be responsible for any lost or stolen property or any know/unknown damages,injuries and or claims from any cause or property while attending the show.

There will not be any outside alcohol permitted on show grounds. There will however be beer available for purchase.

No weapons,drugs,or violence will be tolerated on show grounds.

*ANY VIOLATION OF THE ABOVE RULES WILL RESULT IN* AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATION AND REMOVAL OF PARTICIPANT

REGISTRATION

All participants must complete a pre-registraion form or form the day of show.

Pre-registration will cost $10.00 and roll in registration will be $15.00

JUDGING

Judging will be done by peoples choice. Those who have registered a vehicle for the show will recive 1 ballot sheet per entry.

EXAMPLE- YOU ENTER 2 CARS YOU RECIVE 2 BALLOT SHEETS

All judging will be completed and turned into the main booth no later than 2:30pm the day of the show.

Top 3 with the most votes will recive a trophy
