This August, we’re introducing Oregon cherries. And, guess what?
They’re not just for pie anymore!
Our new Cherry Chipotle Pulled Pork Sandwich takes slow–cooked
pulled pork soaked in tangy-sweet, cherry chipotle barbecue sauce and tops it
with fresh cabbage slaw on a delicately toasted cornmeal bun, while our Oregon
Cherry & Walnut Salad is made with delicious goat cheese crumbles,
garnished with Bordeaux cherries and served with Cherry Balsamic Vinaigrette
made fresh daily in our restaurants.
As this is our first time showcasing this signature Pacific
Northwest crop, we selected the best Oregon Cherries. Our Bings, Vans and Black
Republics come from Oregon Cherry Growers, a third-generation co-op,
established in 1932 and committed to preserving a local cherry growing
tradition.
We’re also bringing back a Burgerville favorite: Blackberry
Milkshakes, Smoothies, Lemonade, Griddle Cakes and Sundaes!
