Poblano Peppers are spicing up
the menu this month. Our new Green
Chile and Cheddar Egg Biscuit is made with a cage-free fried egg and roasted
poblano pepper smothered with Tillamook extra sharp white cheddar on a toasted
biscuit while our Poblano Chicken Wrap takes a sliced tender chicken breast and
tops it with poblano corn salsa, cilantro crema, lettuce and tomato all wrapped
in warm pita bread.
