From the looks of it, it has been a LOOOOONG time since I last updated my Myspace profile.  So basically, I've just been working a whole lot since my last update.  I work for a non-profit here in the Biloxi/Gulfport area.  It's called Hands On Gulf Coast.  I'm a volunteer coordinator with them.  I'm also an AmeriCorps state member since this is a state program.  Hands On Gulf Coast is a 501(3)c organization that does a lot of volunteer engagement here in the Gulf Coast area. 

After realizing that I could not survive on the AmeriCorps budget, I got a second job working at Old Navy in Gulfport.  And honestly, it was probably one of the best decisions that I have made since being here.  The extra $$$ has been a blessing. 

Some of the highlights so far this year:

1) Two Words: BRITNEY SPEARS!

2) Seeing Mandi, Tessa and Fletcher!

3) Seeing all of my ASB friends back in March.

4) HOGC's ASB!

5) Mardi Gras in New Orleans...crazy time!

6) My brother coming home from Iraq.

7) Boyz II Men

8) Winning $225 at the casino back in July.

9) Pensacola...

10) Hurricane Party


Those are just a few of the hightlights that I can think of off the top of my head.  It'll be interesting to see how the rest of the year goes.  I'm still single...but I've mingled quite a bit this year.  I puked (recently) for the first time since New Orleans back in January 08.  I blacked out in May after drinking nearly a whole body of Jack Daniels.  Jack and I are no longer friends thanks to that episode.
