There were different reactions to Patrice and his support concert before US presidential candidate Barack Obama made his speech in Berlin.
With his new track "Dove of Peace" Patrice already made his statement about the actual political situation in the world, but with the shown support of Obama he made another step.

Let Patrice know what you think about the support of Obama and discuss the whole issue here.

What do you think?

i don..t know so much about his work, and i don..t know if he really will change something..
But the point is, that the people search somebody they can look up. They need a idol. And Obama is the right man for this! I think he will help the people to wake up and see what..s the right way of life! He is the sign of freedom and peace! It..s very important tho have such a person! I hope, that he will motivate some people to fight for peace!

I understand you've got your opinions and all, so don't take my disagreement personally. I am just very wary about the general invincibility Obama carries within the American crowd. Several mistakes have been made and yet you really do not hear about them. Speaking against him gets you dubbed as a racist and its very frightening. Its as though the renegades of the generation have been tricked into following the wrong crowd for all the wrong reasons. ....I also hate the fact that Europeans in general seem to show such a strong dislike for us as a people. Because you take rich white women on reality T.V. shows, send them overseas and hear them say things like "Why don't ~they~ speak ~the~ language?"....All of us aren't like that, most of us aren't in fact. Not where I live, anyways. We've had our issues just like EVERYONE and just because we have differing viewpoints, you want us to throw ourselves to the wolves. You respect your own sovereignty but not our own. Its only made worse, when the conservative voice of our nation has been corrupted by money. But don't think you can fool me into believing that only REPUBLICAN politicians are corrupt. I see the corruption of left winged politicians as well, from here in America all the way to Japan. We're being setup for something evil and I pray that my brothers in Jah will stand up to fight it with me no matter the source. ....We've been having troubled times, long before Bush. In fact, the economy was thriving up until 2006 when the democratic congress took power. This brand new religion, Environmentalism, is evil and its brainwashing our children.....(I take care of the environment. Its part of my spiritual belief, but Environmentalism gives us false information just to guilt us into buying "Carbon imprints". Al Gore buys them, but guess what. Its from his own company. Go figure. I bet all of that money is used the way they say it is, too. ::Cough cough.::..
