INDIANS & CHINESE IN AFRICA: 

These two cultures go to Africa to invest their entrepreneurial resources, for personal development. 

They are primarily willing to work hard, long hours, and are totally focused upon what they want to achieve. 

Unlike their African brothers, most of whom are caught up with ethnic, social, petty politics. 

Many will see these new arrivals as a threat to their development, and will try to prevent or thwart their efforts in pursuing their goals.

UGANDA Under Idi Amin:

Remember Idi Amin, former dictator of Uganda, who expelled thousands of Indian expatriates, most of who lived in Uganda for decades. owned farms, and other businesses that provided much needed revenue to the local economy. 

While many Black Ugandans, preferred to seek employment in the cities, or indulged in ethnic violence, and armed conflicts.
